The gaming giant Playtech scooped the prize for the “Most Effective Agency Collaboration”. The award was granted at the International Corporate Event Awards ceremony. The event took place in the well-known Victoria and Albert Museum in London and it was attended by leading names in the gambling industry as well as representatives of well-established and starting companies.
As many as 260 guests, representing 104 companies and 15 industry sectors were among the attendees. Awards were given in nine project categories including Best Sponsorship Activation, Best Leadership Event, Most Effective Use of Budget, In-House Team of the Year Award.
Penny Mallory was in charge of presenting the 2016 Awards Ceremony. Anita Howard, a founder and producer welcomed the guests and said she was delighted by the volume of entries and the diverse projects that were entered.
Back in February, Playtech was one of the participants at the ICE Totally Gaming exhibition and company’s stand was appreciated by the judges who unanimously defined Playtech as the software provider featuring excellent event production. Being a winner in the International Corporate Event category means that Playtech has beaten BP and even Google.
People who keep themselves informed about Playtech’s ventures reminded that this time last year Playtech started working in collaboration with 2Heads with the aim of launching an integrated visual customer journey around the already successful Playtech ONE Omni-channel.
In brief, Playtech ONE enables players to have a greater freedom when it comes to choosing a Playtech – powered game and allows users to have a greater flexibility as the game can be played across any channel and via any device. The expected outcome of that project was providing the e-commerce customers with a fantastic product.
The result from the joint efforts of Playtech and 2Heads was a well-developed content strategy and a catalogue containing an extensive range of games. Playtech ONE was also affected in a positive way and the enhanced platform drew even more visitors.
The consistency Playtech demonstrated as well as the determination to provide visitors with a memorable experience, made the judging panel easily agree on the winner.
The Chief Operating Officer of Playtech, Shimon Akad, commented on the latest company recognition and said that the award was the best appreciation for all the time and resources put in designing, developing and building the ICE Totally Gaming stand, but the desired result was achieved – visitors were acquainted with the innovative Playtech ONE product offering.
